We do not offer refunds for merchandise sold and received. We offer store credit for merchandise returned for the following reasons: damaged/defected, or size issues. If the buyer provides an incorrect shipping address we will not resend a new package to a different address once the product(s) have already been sent.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. In-stock merchandise is shipped with a flat rate of 5.99 in the U.S. We do not ship internationally at this time. Pre-orders are shipped when the items are ready, so expect from 7-10 days for any pre-orders.
